Role Description Responsible for supporting end-to-end investor onboarding, KYC/AML due diligence, investor static data maintenance, and ongoing investor servicing. The role includes reviewing onboarding documentation, conducting AML screening, maintaining accurate investor records, managing investor queries, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and supporting periodic KYC reviews, reporting, and process improvements while meeting established service levels.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, and comfort working with financial data or large data sets.
  • Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and support client-related processes.
  • Candidates should possess sound organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or experience in financial services or operations are an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow structured procedures, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and willingness to work in a process-driven, team-oriented environment.
