Your area of work:

The Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and fulfilment of hiring requirements within a GCC environment, with a strong focus on recruitment delivery across India. The role ensures consistent achievement of SLAs, fill rates, and quality benchmarks while supporting global stakeholder groups. Operating within the GCC delivery model, the Recruiter partners with onshore teams to deliver scalable, high-quality recruitment solutions aligned to business needs. The role involves proactive sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and effective pipeline management within the Indian talent landscape.


Your responsibilities:

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:

  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using a mix of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Build, nurture, and manage high-quality talent pipelines across key skill areas within the Indian market.
  • Post and manage vacancies across ATS, company career portals, and external platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Conduct targeted searches and market mapping to support niche and volume hiring requirements.


Screening & Candidate Submission:

  • Screen and assess candidates against job requirements, evaluating skills, experience, cultural fit, and eligibility to work.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with strong quality alignment to stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage candidate applications ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.


Candidate & Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain consistent engagement with candidates through calls, emails, and digital channels in line with operational standards.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, provide candidate briefings, and align with stakeholders to ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Proactively follow up for feedback and drive timely closure of hiring processes. Systems, Data & Compliance
  • Ensure all recruitment activity, candidate interactions, and updates are accurately recorded in the ATS in real time.
  • Maintain high standards of database hygiene and 100% system compliance.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation meets regulatory and company compliance requirements.


Employer Branding & Market Engagement:

  • Support employer branding initiatives in India by leveraging social media and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility in the talent market.
  • Drive participation in external benchmarks and certifications (e.g., Great Place to Work - GPTW).
  • Partners with global communications and branding teams to localize and execute employer branding campaigns, events, and innovative attraction strategies within the GCC ecosystem.
