Job Description

About ISBAA: The ISB Alumni Association is a formal entity established in September 2012 under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act 2001, after several years of running as an informal entity focused mainly on the social networking needs of the alumni. ISB Alumni Association promotes, facilitates, and develops stewardship leading to meaningful relationships between alumni and the school and between alumni across classes to strengthen the network. Job Purpose: To ensure smooth functioning of the ISB Alumni Association activities including day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, support to chapter events and senate agenda. Ensure the events of ISBAA are running smoothly, on time and within budget.? Job Location: ISB Hyderabad Job Description : Creating event registration links, merchandise, SMS, conference calls, event reports, database, vendor coordination, on ground event support, end to end chapter events coordination and logistics. Coordinating with various stakeholders of ISBAA, School and vendors as per requirement. If required, must travel to various stakeholder locations to get the job done. Support on finance and general administration work given. Manage schedules, arranging conference calls and communicating progress to all team members. Prepare comprehensive timeframes for chapter events. Monitor chapter event flow and address potential issues. Ensure the chapter events meet the given budget constraint and are completed on time. Prepare event scorecard post completion of the event. Retrieve necessary information from vendors and alumni. Admin support for the various initiatives run by the Senate & ISBAA throughout the year. ????????The Job Description will change from time to time based on the activities planned every year. Eligibility Criteria : Education: Any graduate or Postgraduate degree Business Administration, Marketing or any other field Experience: 3-6 years of experience in event management/administration Skills Required: Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills Joining Timeframe: Within 2-3 weeks Qualifications : Collaboration skills are essential Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an association or non-profit setting. Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with vendors, chapter leaders, secretariat, and senate Initiative, proactivity, patience, and strong attention to detail are a must Ability to work on multiple events with different objectives simultaneously Considerations : Since Board members are all volunteers typically with full time jobs, many work items, co-ordinations can happen over weekends, employees should be flexible during weekends to cover for tasks and board meetings and can plan for compensatory off on weekdays.?
