Associate Scrum Master in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings
• Coordinate with product, design, development, and QA teams for smooth project execution
• Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Manage Jira boards, sprint backlogs, and task prioritization
• Identify blockers and help teams resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed across teams
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines
• Prepare project reports, sprint summaries, and status updates
• Support documentation, including PRDs, workflows, and meeting notes
• Improve team productivity and communication processes
