Grapes Worldwide is looking for an execution-focused Associate Project Manager / Project Executive to join our AI & Technology team.

We're looking for someone who has experience coordinating website development, CMS/Shopify projects, digital platforms, and technology delivery, while working closely with developers, designers, QA, SEO, content, and business teams.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of website, CMS, Shopify, and digital platform projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, task trackers, documentation, and status reports.
• Collaborate with Developers, Designers, QA, SEO, Content, and Business teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while driving timely follow-ups.
• Support website maintenance (AMC), feature enhancements, bug fixes, releases, and deployment activities.

We're looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Project Management, Project Coordination, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience managing website development, CMS, Shopify, e-commerce, or digital platform projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a digital agency, technology company, or IT consulting environment is preferred.
