Clean Harbors India has been strategically established as the Global Capability Center (GCC) to serve our parent company. Responsibilities
Process: Profile Support
Team Shift Timings: Rotational shifts within a 24x7 operational window, including weekends. Flexibility to work from the office or WFH depending on business needed. For shifts where employee works from home, a minimum internet bandwidth of 100 Mbps is mandatory, with uninterrupted power supply and an atmosphere which is undistracted

The primary responsibility of this role is to create accurate and compliant waste customer profiles based on inputs received from internal teams, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place

Job Description: The roles and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Roles And Responsibilities
- Receive and process requests for waste profile creation via email or phone (1-800 number).
- Create waste profiles with complete and accurate documentation.
- Handle all types of waste profiles for SKE, Clean Harbors, HEPACO, and related entities.
- Understand waste streams and processes specific to the North American and Canadian region.
- Extract and interpret critical data from Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Analytical Reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with respective teams/individuals.
- Take ownership of assigned profiles to ensure timely and accurate completion (within TAT).
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (Field Representatives, Customers) via email, phone, and collaboration with requestor groups, CPG etc.
