Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor in Medical & Surgical Nursing to strengthen our academic faculty. The candidate will play a key role in teaching, academic leadership, research, and mentoring faculty and students.

Qualification:

• M.Sc Nursing – Medical & Surgical Nursing
• Minimum 8 years of total experience in teaching and/or clinical practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced theoretical and clinical instruction in Medical & Surgical Nursing
• Guide undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students
• Lead curriculum development and academic planning
• Supervise clinical postings and ensure quality patient care standards
• Mentor junior faculty and support faculty development initiatives
• Initiate and guide research activities and publications
• Participate in institutional committees and accreditation processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and academic standards

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of Medical & Surgical Nursing
• Strong teaching, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Research orientation and publication experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Administrative and academic planning skills

Preferred:

• Registration with State Nursing Council
