Role

You've already done the PM grind. You know how to write a PRD, run a sprint, ship a feature, measure outcomes. Now apply that craft to AI products that actually work.

This is a high-agency role for someone who already understands product management fundamentals and wants to level up on AI-native product building.

What You'll Do

• Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, specs, design review, launch, metrics
• Ship pixel-perfect UI/UX. Obsess over spacing, typography, interaction patterns
• Decompose ambiguous business problems into first-principles logic and crisp PRDs
• Work directly with engineering, design, and founders. Move fast with high agency
• Run user interviews, analyze usage data, iterate based on evidence

What You've Already Done

• 6+ months in a product role- PM internship, APM role, or founder/early-operator experience where you shipped real features
• Written PRDs that engineers actually used- clear problem framing, success metrics, edge cases covered
• Worked with design and engineering- you know how to hand off specs, manage stakeholders, and unblock yourself
• Measured what you shipped- usage, retention, conversion. You closed the loop

• Business exposure: Prior experience in startups, VC, consulting, or operating roles

Ideal Background

• 1-2 years total experience with 6+ months in product
• Prior PM internship at a startup or tech company
• Portfolio or work samples showing shipped features, PRDs, or design work
