Associate Product Manager

At Kapture CX, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager in our Product team.

• Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define bold product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that propel Kapture forward.
• Dive deep into market research and competitor analysis, uncovering trends, customer needs, and game-changing opportunities for enhancements.
• Gather and document razor-sharp product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and feedback, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to craft intuitive designs that deliver exceptional user experiences, then coordinate with engineering for seamless, high-impact launches.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to fuel data-driven decisions, while testing features and maintaining crystal-clear communication across teams.

This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You'll excel by delivering features that wow clients, hit key metrics like user adoption and satisfaction, and contribute to roadmaps that keep Kapture ahead of the CX curve.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in product management, SaaS, or related roles.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and familiarity with product metrics, market research tools, and customer feedback processes.
• Show proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.
• Bring excellent communication skills to document requirements, updates, and launches effectively.

What are the most critical skills for this role?

• Master market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and translate them into product strategies.
• Excel at gathering, prioritizing, and documenting product requirements from diverse sources.
• Coordinate effortlessly with UX/UI, engineering, and other teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to drive iterative improvements and informed decisions.

You will have an advantage if you:

• Have hands-on experience with AI-powered SaaS products or CX platforms.
• Are skilled in tools like Jira, Figma, or analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Bring prior exposure to agile methodologies or product testing/validation processes.
• Have built relationships across sales, marketing, and customer success for successful launches.
