Associate Product Manager

Basic Qualifications

1. Candidates with B. Tech and / or MBA may apply
2. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in banking or fintech industry.
3. Looking for candidates from Tier-1 institutions

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in B2B SaaS with a strong understanding of API products.
2. Candidates with prior experience in building prepaid, forex, credit, UPI or switching solutions.
3. Candidates with thorough understanding of RBI regulations around different payment instruments.
4. Candidates looking to transition from software development to product management may also apply, provided they have 6-7 years of hands-on development experience.

Job Requirements

1. Identify the pain points faced by regulated entities in the issuance process, formulate clear problem statements, and develop solutions that directly address these challenges.
2. Strong communication skills to articulate customer problems and envisaged solutions, as well as to brainstorm with internal or external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
3. Create clear, concise, and unambiguous Product Requirements Documents, and collaborate with engineering teams for grooming, development, and the successful delivery of products or features.
4. Keep track of emerging trends in the payments ecosystem from an issuance perspective and explore new opportunities in the space.
5. Develop strong empathy for end-customers of the banks as well as the representatives of the banks who will be using our issuance platforms.
6. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and successfully engage prospective banking clients.
