Requirement: Marketing Executive

Key Skills & Qualities

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Client Acquisition—preferably in printing, advertising, branding, or building material industry.

· Strong ability to present and sell printing & branding materials such as catalogs, brochures, tile kits, and marketing collaterals.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

· Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily client visits.

· Ability to approach and engage with tile manufacturers, sanitary ware manufacturers, and other industrial/business clients.

· Good understanding of B2B sales and client handling.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of generating business independently.

· Basic coordination skills to work with internal teams for execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct regular field visits to tile manufacturers, sanitary ware manufacturers, builders, architects, and other businesses.

· Promote and sell printing products like catalogs, brochures, tile display kits, and branding materials.

· Identify potential clients through industrial visits, references, and networking.

· Initiate business through cold visits, calls, and direct meetings.

· Understand client needs and suggest customized branding and printing solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Build long-term relationships for repeat and bulk business opportunities.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

· Gather market insights and competitor information to support business strategy.

Education Qualification

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales / Marketing.

Experience in tile, sanitary ware, printing, or related industries will be preferred.

Freshers with strong interest in field sales may also apply.
