Role Description The Associate role at policydigit is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur. The Associate will support day-to-day insurance operations, including handling customer inquiries, assisting with policy documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service. Responsibilities may include collecting and verifying client information, preparing basic reports, maintaining organized records, and supporting claims or policy servicing processes as needed. The Associate will also contribute to client education by explaining product features, coverage options, and next steps in a clear and professional manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities, including accurate data entry, documentation management, and basic reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to review information, identify discrepancies, and support efficient policy or claims processing.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing); willingness to learn insurance platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Rudrapur, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members to meet service targets.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
