We’re looking for an Associate Performance Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing efforts and help drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Experience: 1–2 years

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and improve lead generation
• Track important metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
• Support campaign planning, budget utilization, and performance improvements
• Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Work with content and design teams for better campaign performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify new opportunities to improve growth and campaign efficiency
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
• Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of campaign metrics and digital funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of GA4 or analytics tools is a plus
• Startup or EdTech experience is an added advantage
