About the Role

The Associate Operations Officer (C) in the Retail Liability Operations department is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This includes document scrutiny, data entry, and transaction execution related to account opening and service requests. The role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in banking operations and looking to build foundational experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Scrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing.
  • Perform data entry for account opening and service requests.
  • Execute transaction processing in accordance with defined procedures and timelines.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolution of operational issues.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in banking operations or a similar domain.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of banking processes and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
