Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in drafting, legal research, preparing and reviewing matters pending before courts and tribunals, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Key responsibilities also include analyzing case law and applicability in ongoing matters, and staying updated on legislative changes. Collaboration with other legal professionals within the firm is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ PQE post Bar Council registration.
• Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Writing
• Experience in Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Indian legal framework and relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); postgraduate qualifications in law are an advantage
• Prior experience is highly desirable.
