Role Description

We are looking for qualified Company Secretaries for full time role for Associate at MDS & Associates LLP, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The responsibilities include performing corporate governance audits, secretarial audits, and assisting with corporate structuring and restructuring transactions. The Associate will also conduct compliance checks, draft compliance documentation, and assist in other secretarial services to the clients includinh Listed and MNCs. Collaboration with partners, senior professionals and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Governance, Company Law, and Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in drafting secretarial compliance documents
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team setting
• Must be a qualified member of ICSI
