About the Role:

We are looking for a Retention Marketing – Associate Manager to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention for our eCommerce/DTC brand. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing retention strategies, analyzing consumer behavior, and ensuring that campaigns are optimized to reduce churn and increase repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and optimize retention campaigns across multiple channels.

• Customer Segmentation: Use data to segment users and create personalized campaigns that improve retention and conversions.

• Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior to identify trends and optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Ownership: Take full ownership of retention initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., retention rate, CLV, conversion rates).

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC.

• Strong experience with MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, or Netcore.

• Solid analytical skills with a focus on consumer behavior and campaign optimization.

• Proven ability to manage and optimize retention campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
