Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct area mapping within the catchment and maintain accurate and timely daily activity/sales reports.
- Generate a wish list of potential customers through cold calling and promotional activities to increase awareness of the bank and its products.
- Ensure completion of account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms, including mandatory field verification.
- Promote multiple product adoption during account opening (e.g., mobile banking, net banking, recurring deposit/fixed deposit activation).
- Drive account activation and maintain account health consistently.
- Deliver superior customer service to increase wallet share and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Assess client needs and generate new revenue streams through cross-selling based on lifestyle, risk profile, and financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Support the implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (e.g., BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE).
- Minimum1yearsof relevant experience in branch banking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building.
- Good understanding of banking products and services.
- Ability to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- High attention to detail and compliance orientation.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to work in rural markets.
- Ability to conduct field verifications and engage in promotional activities.
