Role Description

This is an immediate requirement for a full-time on-site Associate role located at Madaan Law Offices in New Delhi. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, handling dispute settlements, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice to clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle insolvency, bankruptcy, and corporate-commercial litigation matters;
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and submissions for courts/tribunals;
• Coordinate with clients and external counsel;
• Appear before courts/tribunals with emphasis on IBC and Company Law;
• Lead complex cases and guide junior associates

Joining: Immediate.

Remuneration: As per industry standards and merit based.

Qualifications

• 3+Years' PQE
• Experience with Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws and Company law
• Knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate laws
• Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Strong advocacy and advisory skills
• Ability to handle dispute resolution and settlement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
