Associate, Investment Banking

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, Investment Banking located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Associate will support the execution of financial transactions by conducting market research, preparing financial models, and performing due diligence. Responsibilities include contributing to client presentations, collaborating with senior team members, and preparing deal-related documentation to guide strategic decision-making. The Associate will also assist with valuation assessments and provide insight into investment opportunities.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and proven competency in creating and utilizing models for transaction analysis
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Finance and Investments concepts
• Experience with Due Diligence processes related to mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA designation is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment
