Role Description

  • Research and analyze government schemes in Uttar Pradesh
  • Maintain and update scheme databases on low-code platforms
  • Support implementation plans through evidence-based insights
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and track project progress reports
  • Analyze field data for improved project execution


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in community engagement or outreach
  • Basic knowledge of government welfare schemes and social services
  • Proficiency in data collection, record maintenance, and reporting
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in field-based environments
  • Strong communication skills in relevant local languages and proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
  • Prior experience in grassroots or social sector work is a plus
  • Graduate degree in social sciences, humanities, or related fields
