Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role at GSL Chambers in South Delhi. Associates will engage in a variety of tasks related to dispute resolution, due diligence, etc. Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Experience in dispute resolution, corporate transactions, or commercial law
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, due diligence, and commercial negotiations
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• LL.B. or J.D. degree from a reputable institution
