Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front-End UI Developer to enhance the visual experience and functionality of Confirmit web-based surveys. You will customize existing HTML/CSS and apply DOM manipulation to improve user engagement and usability, with a primary focus on mobile-first, responsive fixes and creating dynamic survey interactions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Custom UI Development: Enhance existing Confirmit survey templates using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript.


• Mobile-First Responsive Design: Ensure all surveys are fully responsive, functional, and visually optimized across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.


• DOM Manipulation: Dynamically modify survey elements to improve user interaction and engagement.


• Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend code for fast loading speeds and smooth user experience.


• Collaboration: Work with researchers and backend teams to integrate custom frontend logic into survey workflows.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Market Research, Statistics, or a related technical field.


• Proven experience in front-end development, specifically applying custom CSS/JS to existing structures.


• Proven experience in designing/fixing mobile-first websites


• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and native JavaScript.


• Deep understanding of DOM manipulation techniques.


• Experience with survey platforms (Confirmit preferred) is a significant advantage.


• Detail-oriented mindset focused on UX and visual fidelity

Note: Technical skills may be tested as part of the interview process.
