Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR professional with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to employee engagement initiatives, floor activities, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and the ability to connect with employees across levels is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture
• Organize and manage floor-level activities, events, and initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and support
• Collaborate with HR team members to implement engagement strategies
• Provide inputs and feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
• Maintain records and reports related to engagement activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field \
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and activities
• Prior exposure to organizing floor-level events and initiatives preferred
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse teams
• Energetic, approachable, and proactive in organizing activities
• Ability to multitask and manage events with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
