Job Description
Intalk.io is one of India’s fastest-growing AI-powered Contact Center and CPaaS platforms, helping enterprises deliver smarter, more personalized customer experiences across voice, chat, and digital channels. We’re expanding rapidly across India and are looking for a driven Associate Sales Director (West India) to lead our regional growth and enterprise relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market clients in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Consumer Tech.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring strong ROI for customers.
- Build and mentor a regional sales team focused on solution selling and consultative engagement.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and solution engineering teams to design winning proposals and POCs.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships with system integrators, telecom partners, and OEMs.
- Track market trends, competitor insights, and evolving customer needs to shape Intalk.io’s go-to-market strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of proven experience in enterprise or SaaS sales, ideally within contact center, CPaaS, UCaaS, or cloud telephony domains.
- Strong business network across Delhi / NCR Region
- A consultative seller who understands technology, ROI-driven deals, and customer success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
