Role Description

We are looking for an execution-led marketing leader to act as the second-in-command in the marketing function. This role owns planning, coordination, and execution across teams and channels, with full responsibility for large-scale marketing budgets and outcomes. The AD – Marketing will manage cross-functional marketing teams and work closely with business, sales, and operations leaders to translate growth targets into executable marketing plans — and ensure disciplined delivery at scale. 


Qualifications

Marketing Strategy, Execution & Scale:

  • Translate business and sales targets into integrated marketing plans
  • Own execution across brand, performance, ATL/BTL, social, influencer, and content marketing
  • Drive alignment between creative, media, offline, and store-level execution


Budget Ownership & ROI Accountability:

  • Own and manage monthly marketing budgets of ₹50 lakhs or more
  • Allocate budgets across channels based on business priorities
  • Track spends, efficiency, and ROI across campaigns
  • Optimize investments based on performance, impact, and learning
  • Maintain financial discipline while scaling execution


Team Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead and manage in-house teams across:
  • Creative (design, video, content) o Performance marketing
  • ATL / BTL offline marketing o Social media and influencer marketing
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and delivery standards
  • Ensure speed, quality, and consistency of output


Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, stores, product, and customer teams
  • Align marketing initiatives with revenue and store-level goals
  • Act as the execution bridge between leadership vision and on-ground reality


Retail & Growth Focus:

  • Build and execute retail-focused marketing strategies to drive:
  • Store footfalls o Walk-ins o Conversions
  • Brand visibility at local and regional levels
  • Support new store launches and expansion marketing


Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in senior marketing roles
  • Strong experience in retail or multi-store consumer businesses
  • Proven ownership of ₹50+ lakh monthly marketing budgets
  • Experience managing in-house teams and multiple agencies
  • Exposure to ATL, BTL, digital, and performance marketing
