The Role
As our Associate Director of Revenue, you aren't just selling "campaigns." You are architecting long-term strategic alliances. You will be the face of Socio Impulse to major brands and agencies, turning complex marketing goals into creative, influencer-led solutions that deliver massive ROI.
- What You Will OwnScale the Portfolio: Own and scale the revenue portfolio, driving end-to-end P&L with a sharp focus on profitability and EBITDA margins.
- Pioneer New Business: Lead the charge in identifying and closing high-value partnerships with Tier-1 brands. We need a "hunter" who drives revenue mapping, forecasting, and unlocks new growth across platforms.
- Build Executive Alliances: Connect at the highest levels, building deep, trust-based relationships with CMOs and brand leaders that turn first-time clients into lifelong partners.
- Commercial Mastery: Lead SOW discussions, custom pricing models, high-stakes negotiations, and final commercial closures.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate core brand and business problems into groundbreaking, social-first, and creator-led solutions that win both hearts and budgets.
Ideal Candidate
- The Blueprint: 4–6 years of experience in an influencer marketing, social-first, or content-led agency. You’ve been in the trenches and have a proven track record of scaling business portfolios.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Prior hands-on ownership of P&L, forecasting, and driving profitability. You have strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
- Connected & Credible: You bring an active network of brand managers, agency leads, and senior stakeholders. You know the decision-makers, and they trust your expertise.
- Strategic & Ecosystem-Sharp: You possess a deep understanding of influencer marketing, social strategy, media, and the nuances of the creator ecosystem. You don't just follow trends; you anticipate them.
- The Mindset: An entrepreneurial operator who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy and execution, leading by example with absolute ownership and integrity.
