This position is an “onsite” role and will be based in “Pune, India”.

How you will make an impact:

Engineer software code and solutions by using application development tools.
Leads project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members, and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture policies.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
General and administrative tasks

What you’ll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science with minimum 1 year previous related IT experience demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
Salesforce configuration experience.
APEX coding experience.
Lightning development experience.
Metadata repository & deployments experience.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for data manipulation and retrieval.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

What else we look for (Preferred):

Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I.
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
Experience with development and creation of IT processes and policies as it relates to Change Management/Control, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management.
Experience analyzing and determining the appropriate course of action for non-compliance/conformance deviations.
Experience with Atlassian tools.
Experience working in a global, Agile environment.
Experience executing software development work.
Experience ensuring that internal IT software products are delivered in a fashion consistent with industry/company design, architecture, and quality standards as well as best practices.
Relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments
Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills.
Experience and training in the specific technologies that will be used for development required.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
Extensive troubleshooting/debugging skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals.
