Job Title: Associate Consultant – Integrated Management Systems (IMS-QEHS)

Location: Hyderabad (Travel across South & West India)

Reporting To: Senior Consultant / Practice Head – IMS-QEHS

Role Description

The Associate Consultant – IMS will support the implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) for client organizations.

This role is execution-focused and involves working closely with senior consultants to deliver projects, conduct gap assessments, develop documentation, facilitate training sessions, and assist clients in achieving certification and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution Support

• Assist in conducting gap assessments for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Support development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Participate in on-site and remote project execution

2. Documentation Development

• Prepare and update:
• IMS Manuals
• SOPs / Procedures
• Formats & Records
• Customize templates based on client industry (Pharma, Infra, FMCG, etc.)

3. Implementation Support

• Assist clients in:
• Process identification & mapping
• Risk & opportunity assessment
• Compliance tracking (legal & regulatory)
• Ensure effective implementation of system requirements

4. Training & Awareness

• Support in delivering:
• ISO awareness sessions
• Internal auditor training programs
• Prepare training materials and presentations

5. Internal Audit Support

• Assist in:
• Planning internal audits
• Conducting audits (as co-auditor)
• Preparing audit reports and NCR tracking

6. Client Coordination

• Coordinate with client teams for:
• Data collection
• Documentation reviews
• Meeting schedules
• Maintain professional communication and relationship

7. Certification Support

• Assist in:
• Pre-certification audits
• Coordination with certification bodies
• Closure of non-conformities

8. Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to:
• Development of templates and tools
• Knowledge repository
• Process improvements in consulting delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA (Operations / Environment / Safety preferred)
• Experience: 1 – 4 years in:
• ISO consulting / audits / QA / EHS roles
• Certifications (Preferred):ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
• Freshers with relevant training & strong interest in IMS can also be considered
