How You Will Make An Impact

Designing and developing scalable automation solutions that address critical business challenges and reduce cognitive and physical load for teams worldwide.
Translating business needs into effective technical designs by collaborating with solution architects and Business Process Analysts.
Building, testing, integrating, and deploying automation and analytics solutions that optimize business performance.
Managing and maintaining SharePoint site content, structure, and capabilities to support daily business operations.
Participating in project planning to analyze requirements and ensure alignment with system architecture and business goals.
Partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements.
Identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and implementing enhancements that improve operational efficiency.

The Must Haves

1–3 years of relevant experience.
Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, SharePoint, Automation Anywhere (RPA), and SharePoint development.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Business Analyst.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and set functional objectives.
Strong interpersonal and client‑facing skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Ability to coordinate with and support team members to achieve project goals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfort working in a global organization across multiple time zones.
Project management skills with a focus on driving work through to completion.
