Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager – Career Services & Placement. The professional will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage placement activities, build industry connections, and ensure high-quality opportunities for students. Responsibilities include coordinating career counseling sessions, organizing training programs, maintaining effective communication with recruiters, and assisting students with career guidance and placements. The role is dynamic, and the individual will play a crucial part in advancing students’ professional aspirations.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for interacting with students, alumni, and recruiters.
- Experience in Career Counseling and Training to guide and mentor students in their professional development.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage career services, events, and placement activities.
- Proficiency with tools for reports, scheduling, and database management.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and recruiters.
- Prior experience in career services, recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
