Associate Analyst - Risk Management Services
This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well-informed decisions.

Associate Analyst - Risk Management Services

The opportunity
- The Service Line Quality enablement teams play a crucial role in facilitating the Annual Quality Reviews. Our primary responsibilities include generating reports and aiding the analysis conducted by the Global Service Line Quality Leadership.

- Associates are expected to develop a range of skills and qualities that will help them contribute effectively to their teams and grow professionally.
Technical Excellence:
- Execute the process tasks across all areas/regions effectively and efficiently.
- Learn and become proficient in various EY tools, technologies, and databases to perform validations supporting the quality review process.
- Take initiatives to bring in process efficiencies as you gain experience in the process.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Deliver ad hoc process activities as assigned, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Manage process deadlines to prevent client escalations by consistently delivering high-quality work on time.
- Willingness to collaborate and work effectively within diverse teams.
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
- Understanding the importance of delivering high-quality service to clients.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly responsive, task-driven, accountable, and curious.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to perform a self-review of results before submission to project managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong team player with the ability to foster teamwork among others.
- Upholds the highest standard of ethics, integrity, and values.
- Highly motivated with the capability to perform on multiple projects.
- Effective planning and organization skills to manage own workload.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institute
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience
- Exposure of handling international customers/client interaction
- Familiarity with audit processes and risk management is advantageous.
- Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, MS excel, PowerPoint
