This is a full-time, on-site Associate Accountant role based at our NIBM Pune office. The Associate Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations. Responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, assisting in budget preparation, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate reporting.

• Proficiency in core accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools for efficient financial management
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant accounting degree or certification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus)
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
