Associate- Academic Curriculum and Content

Role Summary

We are looking for someone who understands academic content deeply and can also work comfortably with data, tools, and digital learning products.

This role is suitable for a person who has worked as an SME or academic content professional and has a good understanding of the Indian K-12 education system. The person should also be open to working with international curricula such as IGCSE, GCSE, IB, AP, A-Level, Common Core, SAT, ACT, and other global academic frameworks.

The role is not limited to writing or reviewing content. The person should be able to take raw academic material and convert it into a clean, structured, tagged, searchable, and product-ready format.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, LaTeX/KaTeX, academic datasets, curriculum mapping, question banks, AI tools, and content quality checks.

This person will work closely with academic, content, product, data, and technology teams to make academic content usable at scale.

• Work on Indian curricula such as NCERT, CBSE, State Boards, JEE, NEET, and CUET, along with foreign curricula such as IGCSE, GCSE, IB, AP, A-Level, Common Core, and other global school systems.
• Clean, validate, and organize academic data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Use formulas, validation rules, trackers, dashboards, and QC sheets to manage academic workflows.
• Format Maths and Science content using LaTeX/KaTeX.
• Review academic solutions for correctness, clarity, step flow, language quality, and curriculum alignment.
• Support the productization of question banks, test papers, notes, DPPs, PYQs, worksheets, and other learning resources.
• Ensure academic content is accurate, properly tagged, searchable, reusable, and ready for use in a digital learning product.

• Strong Academic knowledge and Scientific Temper.
• Experience in EdTech or academic content operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of LaTeX/KaTeX for academic content formatting.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools for academic workflows.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think of content as a product, not just as study material.

• Exposure to Indian and international curricula such as CBSE, State Boards, JEE/NEET, IGCSE, GCSE, IB, AP, A-Level, SAT, or ACT.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, or automation tools.
• Experience with PDF/OCR extraction, LMS uploads, dashboards, or academic data in CSV/Excel/Google Sheets.

“I have worked on academic content, but I also understand data, Excel, curriculum, LaTeX, AI tools, and product-ready content. I can take raw academic material and convert it into a clean, structured, tagged, QC-passed, and usable dataset.”

The ideal candidate should not be only a content writer or only a subject expert. They should understand how academic content is used inside a digital learning product.

We need an Academic Content Product Specialist who can convert Indian and international curriculum, academic content, data, Excel, LaTeX, and AI tools into scalable academic product systems.
