This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Lucknow. The Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations and assisting in the implementation of organizational projects. Key responsibilities include data analysis, coordination with team members, process improvement, conducting research, and assisting in client communications. The Associate will work collaboratively to ensure efficiency and contribute to organizational success.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support client interactions and internal coordination
• Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
• Proficient in relevant tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
