Provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.

Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
