Assistant to Marketing Head

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other departments, ensuring smooth, timely communication
• Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and strengthen brand visibility.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination so marketing initiatives stay aligned with company objectives
• Assist the Head of Marketing with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and team coordination
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategy and decision-making
• Own marketing projects end to end, from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain marketing expense tracking and manage invoicing coordination with the finance department
