Assistant Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will oversee on-site activities for project execution by ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines. Key responsibilities include supervising civil and structural work, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring the accurate implementation of engineering designs and specifications. Collaborative coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders will be an integral part of this role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

• Proficient in on-site supervision and project execution, with a strong emphasis on safety and construction standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and contractors.
• Experience in quality control processes to ensure adherence to engineering standards and guidelines.
• Competence in structural engineering and working alongside civil engineers for project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and project plans effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to manage projects with precision.
• Experience in the air pollution control or environmental engineering sector is an advantage.
