Assistant Security Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune District for an Assistant Security Manager. The Assistant Security Manager will oversee and ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property. Responsibilities include managing physical security operations, monitoring and supervising security personnel, implementing security policies and procedures, and responding promptly to incidents. The role additionally requires ensuring compliance with security regulations and staying updated on emerging security threats and technological advancements to safeguard the facility.

• Strong knowledge of Physical Security and Security Management practices
• Understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security concepts
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate both physical and digital threats
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in the security or hospitality industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site setting
