Job Details:

• Vacancy: 1 Position
• Location: Vadodara
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferred Industry: Speciality chemicals and Intermediates
• Qualification: Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing preferred
• Salary/CTC: To be disclosed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial sales and new business development
• Prospect identification and lead generation
• Key account management
• Competitor activity tracking
• Sales planning and supply chain coordination
• Monthly sales target achievement
• Timely payment collection
• Client retention and customer feedback tracking
• Sales budget, documentation, and reporting
• Managing customer agreements and renewals
• Monthly and quarterly sales plan implementation

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping
• Basic computer knowledge
• MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
