Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Kozhikode. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in leading the sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, executing sales plans, and coordinating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. The role will also involve monitoring market trends and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably in real estate
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Organizational and leadership skills to assist in managing and motivating the sales team
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software is an advantage
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Kerala and Bangalore is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
