Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can drive sales through outbound and inbound calling using a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve assigned sales targets through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Use a consultative / solution-based selling approach to recommend suitable products or services
  • Maintain and improve conversion ratios and sales productivity.
  • Ensure minimum call statistics and productivity standards are consistently achieved.
  • Manage personal workload effectively to maximise sales opportunities and performance.
  • Deliver revenue targets across product offerings.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Continuously track performance and drive result-oriented sales outcomes.


Educational Qualification


  • Any Graduate
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in outbound telesales / telecalling preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Target-driven with strong sales orientation.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales roles.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling environments.
