Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can drive sales through outbound and inbound calling using a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Use a consultative / solution-based selling approach to recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain and improve conversion ratios and sales productivity.
- Ensure minimum call statistics and productivity standards are consistently achieved.
- Manage personal workload effectively to maximise sales opportunities and performance.
- Deliver revenue targets across product offerings.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
- Maintain a clear understanding of internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously track performance and drive result-oriented sales outcomes.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in outbound telesales / telecalling preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Target-driven with strong sales orientation.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales roles.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling environments.
