Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Jai Narain College of Technology, located in Bhopal. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in their area of expertise, preparing comprehensive lesson plans, and delivering engaging lectures. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting academic research, publishing findings, and participating in departmental and institutional activities. Qualifications Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the relevant engineering or technical discipline Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, including the ability to deliver clear and organized lectures Research acumen with the ability to conduct and publish academic research Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students and colleagues Doctorate (Ph.D.) or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Doctorate preferred. Familiarity with current trends and advancements in engineering education and practices is advantageous
