Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Professor in Computer Science Engineering, located in the Mohali district. The role involves conducting lectures, preparing and updating course materials, mentoring students, and engaging in scholarly research within the field of Computer Science Engineering. Additional responsibilities include developing curricula, participating in departmental activities, and contributing to the overall academic environment. The selected candidate will also be expected to actively collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the growth of the department.

Qualifications

• Expertise in foundational and advanced topics in Computer Science
• Experience in Data Science and Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in various Programming languages
• Skills in developing and enhancing Curriculum to meet modern educational and industry standards
• Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring abilities
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required; relevant industry experience is a plus
• Commitment to academic research and staying updated with advancements in the field
• Ability to contribute effectively to a team-oriented academic environment
