Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Ayurvedic Department at Shri Khushal Das University, located in Hanumangarh. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing and updating curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting research in Ayurvedic medicine. Additional responsibilities include preparing and evaluating academic materials, engaging in faculty meetings, and contributing to academic and departmental development initiatives to enhance the quality of education and training in Ayurveda.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Ayurvedic medicine and related subjects
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student mentorship in an academic or clinical setting
• Proficiency in conducting research projects, including the ability to publish in academic journals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective teaching and collaboration
• Commitment to academia, student development, and advancing the field of Ayurveda
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• A postgraduate degree (MD/MS) in Ayurveda, recognized by a relevant statutory regulatory body
• Prior experience in a similar role and certifications in teaching or pedagogy will be advantageous
