Assistant Product Manager - Ai

Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager – AI, you will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to identify, build, and scale AI-powered products and automations. You will help transform ideas into impactful solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and workflow automation.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with curiosity about emerging AI technologies and enjoys solving business problems through experimentation and rapid execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer experience, employee productivity, and business operations.
• Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and product roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to build AI-powered features and internal tools.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and automation platforms to prototype and launch solutions.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate based on customer and business insights.
• Track product performance through metrics, dashboards, and experimentation.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and evaluate emerging tools for business applications.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure successful adoption across teams.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a technology-focused role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of Product Management fundamentals, Agile methodologies, and user-centric design.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for Generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-powered product solutions.
