Creating calendars for all activities, ensuring adherence to the same

Assisting the team to make annual budgets

1) To enable the creation of marketing and branding collaterals by the agency

2) Editing and proof reading of all marketing and branding collaterals

3) Work closely with agency for all design and content

4) Ensure excellent and timely execution of new product displays and POP at dealer stores and experience centres as also events, exhibitions, meets

5) Ensure excellent, timely, cost effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, etc.

6) Vendor Management

7) Ensure Brand sanctity in all communication

1) Ensuring press releases for the new products are well created and circulated to the PR Agency via Corporate Marketing for coverage in media

2) Ensuring well drafted and creative mailers on new products information is created and disseminated in coordination with Corp Mktg

1) Weekly reporting of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion

2) Creating Purchase orders maintaining quotations, tax data, creation of new vendors in MWT

3) All budgeting and monitoring of expenses against the same

All bills verification, payment schedules

4) Tracking of sample distribution till the last mile to dealers/ architects
