Job Description
_Urgent Requirement for a Leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai_
Designation: AM / DM – Talent Acquisition (TA)
Job Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Budget : Upto 11 LPA (Basis last drawn)
Requirement: 3+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Real Estate Experience is Mandatory)
Shift Timing: Day Shift (10: a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
Workdays: 5 Days Working
Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Weekoffs)
_*Job Role:*_
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical & Non-Technical roles in Real Estate
• Handle complete employee lifecycle – acquisition, induction, engagement, performance & exits
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Drive HR interventions aligned with business & organizational strategy
• Source candidates through social platforms & professional networks
• Design job descriptions and structured interview processes
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Forecast quarterly & annual hiring requirements
• Manage onboarding lifecycle till exit
• Support organizational change & culture-building initiatives

• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong understanding of different roles across functions
• Proficiency in social media hiring, CV databases & networks
• Deadline-driven with strong ownership mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email
