Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and closing positions across key functions. The role involves working closely with hiring managers, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and workforce planning.
  • Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality and defined TAT.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and generate daily/weekly hiring reports.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding coordination including documentation and joining formalities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation.
  • Proven ability to close positions within deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.

Working Hours: 09:45 AM To 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
