Job responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Handle HNI / high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and address inquiries effectively.
  • Manage end-to-end pre- and post-sales processes, including site visits and client coordination.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and agreements, and close deals efficiently.
  • Generate accurate quotations and cost calculations.
  • Maintain sales data and prepare reports using MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate agents, channel partners, and affiliates.
  • Drive innovative sales strategies and explore new market opportunities.
  • Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming projects; conduct site visits as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling HNI / premium clients
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently


Job location: Wadala (Nearby to Dadar and Wadala station)


5 Working days in a week (Weekends working)
